February 2023 Students of the Month

Congratulations to Hazel McNamara (PreK), the February ICS Elementary Student of the Month!

Hazel is an attentive student and a kind friend. She loves to learn and is especially engaged in our daily Bible time. Her joy overflows during worship. She listens well and sets a good example for her peers when we are meeting on the rug. She is a wonderful friend, includes anyone who would like to join in play, and has many kind things to say to her peers. What a blessing it is to have Hazel in my classroom and in our school!

Congratulations to Jackson Smith (8th), the February ICS Middle School Student of the Month!

Jackson excels in the classroom and is a great community builder among his classmates. He has shown his leadership ability this year in MSLT by being a servant worker, ready to step in and help in every situation. His teachers were especially impressed with him refereeing the student-faculty homecoming game (especially since the teachers won 😉).

Congratulations to Kaleb Begg (12th), the February ICS High School Student of the Month!

Kaleb worked consistently and thoroughly to make sure that the cafeteria floor, foyer, and gym floor were spotless during the high school service project. His teachers agreed that he set an excellent example of service for his peers. Congrats, Kaleb!
