The Murchison Family

Beau, Tiffany, and Brooklyn, fifth grader at ICS, moved to Utah from New Hampshire in December of 2022. The Murchisons discovered Intermountain Christian School (ICS) through the Dean of their former school in New Hampshire. Tiffany completed an ICS virtual tour with our admissions director before moving to Utah, and after, was convinced to pursue an ICS education for Brooklyn! The Murchisons desire for Brooklyn to be nurtured, discipled, and educated in an atmosphere that honors God. They also hope that when she graduates, she’ll have the confidence and preparedness to be successful in whatever God has in store for her!

At ICS, Brooklyn receives one-on-one learning opportunities and individualized attention from her teachers. Her family values that she is truly known at ICS and thrives in the classroom. Brooklyn’s favorite parts of ICS include worshiping God during chapel and participating in music and art classes. 


If a family is looking for a school in the Salt Lake Valley that instills respect, faith, and responsibility in their child, Tiffany says that ICS is the answer! The academic expectations and the sense of strong community has assured the Murchison family that they made the right choice when choosing the school for Brooklyn. Their family has settled into life in Utah and attends South Mountain Community Church.
